The location was extremely convenient for us, just off Junction 23 on the southbound M6. The staff were really lovely and helpful, especially with our little dog. The beds were comfy and the room good and the bathroom had a great shower. The bar area was very nice and we were able to take our dog in there. The food from the restaurant in the evening was only adequate so we decided not to pay for breakfast. Although very close to the M6 you couldn't hear the road noise when the windows were closed. The grounds/parking areas were large and great for letting our dog run around. Most of all though it was the lovely staff that made the hotel and I would stay again.

The gentleman at the reception Joel was outstanding in his level of care and service. He responded to my needs promptly and effectively. The other team member who was really exceptional was Abbie who brought me breakfast each morning, these two made my stay brilliant. I will add that the room and surrounding areas were very clean and tidy. Was impressed. The complimentary access to the gym, swimming pool and spa was a bonus. I really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our 14 days at the hotel because of the staff, who were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a home away from home. Many thanks to Louise, the manager who really looked after us, the breakfast staff members who greeted us warmly each morning and housekeeping staff members who were always made sure we were comfortable in our room. Fantastic breakfasts with excellent range of food freshly cooked.

Surprising quiet location as just off the M6. Our room was clean,roomy and bright. All staff were kind and friendly and breakfast staff particularly so. Breakfast was plentiful and a great choice of hot and continental options. Could fault the hotel at all! A special mention to the gentleman John who delivered our room service meal. So friendly ,?chatty and professional. A wonderful ambassador for Holiday Inn.

Staff were really good especially on the coffee bar one particular member was very friendly to our dog , helped to calm her and have her water . My daughter liked the spa area. The outside area ours a good space to exercise the dog for toileting. The hotel was quiet and calm which suited my younger daughter. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room was practical for an overnight stay.
